I heard of Dave and Danny's passings and I've just discovered this website and learned the details. I went to school with Danny and he was always a fun, genuine guy. Rest in peace brothers and may those who knew you be thankful to have done so.

My father passed away 3 years ago of colon cancer when I was 15. He was my best friend and we found out that he had it 3 months before he died. I know that the pain will never go away but it may subside. That was the most terrible thing that has ever happened I didnt think I was going to make it! But I had music to get all my anger and hurt out and help me through everything. I am very sorry for your loss and I know We will see the ones we love so much again and when that day comes they will be waiting. Just as we are waiting for them!

My 16 year old son Dustin Passed away from from a rare form of Cancer, our family feels what your family is going through. Dustin played guitar and loved to rock, like Danny and David, they are a insperation to all who knew them and I know they loved us to the point that they would want us to Rock on.

I went to school with Danny, but everyone knew Dave too. I hadn't heard of the passing of either boys until I read it on an alumni page. I am so sorry to hear of it. They were far, far to young to be lost. I remember you, Lisa, but can't say I knew you. My heart goes out to you, your Mom and Dad, and to Dave's wife and children. Not a day goes by that I don't think of you Danny, and I still get emotional about losing you. Of course we thought about you all day last Saturday and raised a glass to your memory. Oddly enough I wasn't sad at all that day, on the contrary, I have no idea why, but I felt really tranquill.

We will always miss you Dan, but you'll always be a part of our lives in various ways - our hearts, our thoughts, our celebrations and our 'real life' through your family and friends and of course the wonderful BoB organization. Man, I just know you and Dave couldn't be any prouder!

I have visited this site since it first began. It is an excellent concept in that it not only pays homage to two great men but also assists families in their time of need. Kudos go out to Lisa, Sandra, and Marlies for putting this idea into action.

Danny truly was a great man and a good friend. He was a man that never took things for granted and always enjoyed the love of his family, the company of his friends, his music, and of course wrestling. He always had time to help others. He was always thoughtful and considerate.

Many beer have been drank in the names of Dave and Danny Stephenson and many laughs and tears have been shed. These two guys touched the lives of so many people in such a profound way. They will truly be missed and always remembered. Your good friend, Ron.

Just looked at the web site and it is a wonderful tribute to these two young men. My sons played hockey, ball etc with the boys and Carol & I spent many hours at the rink. this legacy is something that will help so many people. I just found out about this tragedy... We just had some neighbors move in down the street a month back and the couple are both on WWE. I actually thought about a certian house at the end of Center Street that you could always find some laughs and WWF on the screen and Kiss on the record player... sure miss those days! Looking at the pics of Danny he has that same smile i remember when I was 9! Great Website, excellent way to remember a couple guys that I am sure are missed dearly.

Last year I said I would keep celebrating on this day... celebrating both our lives! So dear Dave, today I raise my glass on my 44 years on this planet and on the couple of years you've been a part of it! Wow. I moved away 7 years ago and pretty much lost touch with everyone. Just for fun I was checking in on websites of Regina bands and made it to the Radford's page. I was shocked to see that Danny had died. Had I not been such a flake during the last years I would have kept in touch with everyone, found out about his passing and attended the funeral.

Danny was a great guy who pretty much came to every show I promoted in Regina from 1997 to 2000. He always enjoyed himself even when he had to sit through all those lousy "PC bands" I used to bring in.

Danny shared his love of music with me and everyone around him. I remember going to his house and watching "Hated", the GG Allin documentary. I always had a great time around Danny and I'm sorry I will never get another chance to see him again.

I can't believe it has been almost a year and i just found out about this terrible loss. My sincerest sympathies to the Stephenson family. I have only the fondest memories of Danny and Dave. Dave had the biggest heart: he was like a big brother to me --coming on trips with me to Tisdale so i could see my boyfriend, driving me home when i had too much to drink....i could go on. Danny was nonjudgmental and accepted things at face value. He helped me through an incredibly difficult time when we lost a mutual friend of ours just before Christmas.
May these men's memories carry forever and remind us of how to live life to the fullest as they so did.

i literally "bumped" into danny on the street in nipawin, and asked if he remembered me, i had to tell him i grew up on the same block, then he had that grin on his face, he remembered. dan made a "prescence" with his style. no one was to tell him who to be, what music to like or who his friends were. he was to decide that himself, and that's what made him danny.

this website is such a nice tribute.i went to school with both boys and grew up on the same block. we used to trade hockey cards together. i remember kids can be cruel and dave used to get bugged. he never used to say anything mean back to these people, he would simply be more "man" than they were.

I just found this website today and became aware of this tragedy. All I can say is a great website, a great way to remember these guys and obviously great family and friends. I feel awful about what has happened but am glad family and friends are banding together and finding much needed strength. I didn't know them well as they were older than me in highschool, but always remember them. They were 2 really nice guys that everyone knew and liked. As a parent myself, I would just like to say to their parents, that really all you can hope for in life once you have children, is that you do a good job raising them and that they have a positive impact on their surroundings. You obviously did your job well. I hope my children can be as kind to others as I remember these boys being even in highschool where sometimes kindness is hard to come by. Take care, Julie

This morning Acyan & I woke up and listenned to Jets to Brazil - All Things Good & Nice... We smiled and had fun talking about her daddy...

On Friday, Acyan came home from school with a card for her daddy... It read:

6 months it's been... it feels like I can't really find closure without physically sharing the grief with those of you who knew him so much better than me. Despite all the online support and of course Nico's. I have to see the family again, the friends, visit the grave (something I've never cared about before to be honest) I guess. Luckily we'll be in Regina again in a few weeks. I think he is doing some angel magic from up above in our emigration process, for so far all is going as planned when several times we thought it wouldn't. He's probably saying "hey they are good people, you've got to get them over here!"
Which I appreciate.. but oh Danny, you were supposed to be on THIS end still when we do get there

I was lucky enough to know Danny from his days of trying his hand at being a wrestler. I remember his love of the sport and that he just wanted to be apart of it all. I ran into Danny all the time at Sevens as we were both avid wings guys. I am glad to have known him and even more glad to know that he had people in his life that loved him so much that they would put this tribute together for him and his brother. My condolences go out to his family for their loss. Thanks to the people who put this website together.

It has been along time since I found the energy to post anything. I have a picture of Dave, Lawrence and myself from Nipawin last August beside the computer. It pains me to look at it and wish to rewind the old clock. I was happy to see Danny in October and sad that I could not attend his funeral. This tribute is very appropriate and for a great cause.
